Road clean up yielded 11 bags of trash. Had 3 boys helping
Fall color ride will be October 23rd, leaving College Street Station at 8:30 AM.
Kettle Korn sale to be November 19th & 20th at WalMart. Also discussed was the possibility of doing one next year at the Flippin WalMart.
Members voted to no do the Christmas Parade
A easel or something to display our door banner was discussed.
New Business
How to generate new members was discussed, members are encouraged to bring their ideas to the next meeting.
A appreciation plaque for Gray at Hog Heaven was discussed. He is closing his doors due to health reasons.
Polar Bear Ride was discussed. A social/planning evening for it to be held October 31st at Warren & Lois’s at 5 PM. Details to follow.
A “Ride for the Cure” was discussed. The event to be held October of 2011, proceeds from the event to go to the American Cancer Society. A meeting to look into planning this event will be announced shortly.
Carl Crackel, International Director for RRJ, was at the meeting and spoke on member recruiting and ministry.
Motion was made to close the meeting was made by Burke and 2nd by John.
