How can we generate new members

Certificate of appreciation for Gary at Hog Heaven. John will make up one.

Polar Bear Ride. Routes, menu, location, etc was discussed. A list of clubs to invite, get flyers to and who would contact them, discussed. A motion to approve spending $200.00 for food items was made be Diana and 2nd by Dan. Warren & Lois would purchase what can be bought at Sam’s Club.

Meals for shut-ins discussed, decided that it was just too late to attempt it.

A scooter ride was, plans for one when it warms a little in the spring. Ride will be about 40 miles round trip.

A “Ride for a Cure” in October of 2011 was tabled till after the 1st of the year.

New Business

Food Pantry needs was discussed. A motion was made by Diana and 2nd by Charlie M. to donate $300.00 to the Food Pantry was passed unanimously When and where needs to be determined. Would like to get Chapter picture in the paper making the donation.

Bereavement and get well flowers and visits was tabled.

Motion to close was made by Burke and 2nd by Diana, unanimous yea vote
