August 3rd, is the next R.U.T.H.S. meeting. They will meet at noon at the Berean Christian Fellowship building. Brown bag lunch.

New Business

The fall Ketttle Korn dates are October 14th & 15th. This one will be used to fill the RRJ 24 coffers.

A fall cook out is in the works, it will be dependent on the weather. Lois has decreed that chili can not be fixed unless the weather is cool. A date will be set after we are sure the high temps are passed.

The Polar Bear Ride is only 5 meetings away. A lot of discussion on this one, as New Years 1st is on a Sunday, and the ride will be on Saturday. So a lot of attention was given as to what we should call it. My thoughts, it is called a Polar Bear Ride, not a New Year Day ride. So what difference does it make which day we have the “Polar Bear Ride”, it will still most likely be COOL. Help is going to be needed. We learned last year we have to do some of it a bit differently.

John has added a “Trading Post” to the web site. This is for member only or individuals that support our ministry. John will have last say on what is posted.

Dianna made a motion to close the meeting, 2nd by Burke.
